A new construction roof is not just an installation decision - it is a specification decision. The wrong membrane thickness, a missed drain location, or a detail that does not translate from plan to field can void a warranty before the building opens. Crown specifies and installs, so the gap between the drawing and the finished roof is our problem to close.
We work with architects and general contractors from design development forward - reviewing construction documents, flagging edge conditions that are cheap to revise in CAD and expensive to fix in the field, and committing to a schedule that does not push back your close-out.
Every new construction installation is registered with the manufacturer in the building owner's name at close-out. Not a five-year contractor warranty - a 20 to 30 year manufacturer-backed system warranty on the full assembly, from membrane to accessories.

Bid & Specification
We review the construction documents, specify the correct roofing system for the building type, drainage requirements, and warranty expectations, and provide a detailed bid against a clear scope.

Material Procurement
We source and coordinate material deliveries with your construction schedule so nothing is waiting on a shipment when the roof deck is ready to receive.

Installation & Coordination
We install on your schedule, provide required submittals, coordinate directly with the GC, and maintain a photo installation log throughout the project.

Close-Out & Warranty
Final inspection, manufacturer warranty registration in the building owner's name, and a complete close-out package on the day we finish.

As early as design development. The sooner we see the drawings, the more value we add - catching drain placements, penetration details, and edge conditions before they are locked into the construction documents.
TPO, EPDM, and PVC for flat and low-slope roofs. For more complex or architecturally distinctive buildings, we also work with architects specifying slate and copper systems.
The full system warranty - 20 to 30 years depending on the manufacturer - covers the membrane, flashings, and all accessories installed to specification. We register it in the building owner's name at close-out so coverage is in place from day one.
Yes - that is the default. We review the construction documents, flag edge conditions while they are still cheap to revise, provide the required submittals, and coordinate scheduling directly with the GC so the roof never holds up close-out.
