Both. We work on single-family homes, condos, multi-units, and anything up to large commercial. The process and the standard of documentation is the same regardless of building type.
Asphalt shingle, flat membrane (TPO and EPDM), slate, copper, and cedar shake. If your home has a specialty material, that is where our historical roofing background matters - most residential contractors have never actually worked with slate or copper.
We walk the roof first and give you a documented scope before any pricing. We do not quote residential work over the phone or from a satellite image. The cost depends on what we actually see.
Nothing happens without your approval. If we open the roof and find deteriorated decking or wet insulation that was not in the original scope, we stop, document it with photos, and issue a written change order before any additional work begins.
